Bob began his home building career as a teenager working for Shuster Construction Company. Founded by his father, Anthony Shuster, Sr., Bob worked at his father’s side learning every aspect of the industry. He moved on to Shuster Building Components where he took on the challenges of learning the Retail Lumber and Wholesale Window and Door Distribution business. While creating his own home construction business, he formed his philosophy of what a Custom Home should provide its owner. It was a unique vision that today still drives the RWS meaning of Custom Living in an RWS Custom Home.
Today, Bob serves as President of RWS Development. A hands-on builder, he’s integrally involved in the everyday process of building RWS custom homes. It’s a matter of pride and integrity. It’s a matter of constructing homes that are recognized throughout the region for their excellence in workmanship, design, quality materials and value. For RWS homeowners, these standard RWS benchmarks build quality of life into every RWS Custom Home. They are construction features that are among the best in the industry.
A lifelong resident of the Norwin Community, Bob, with his wife, Sally, sons Michael and Robbie and daughter, Chrissy have worked hard to make RWS Development the largest family-owned company in the county. As a developer and exclusive builder, Bob’s projects remain an unqualified success- expertise that’s redefining the meaning of a custom home.
